Refund Policy

Refunds will be available until April 1, 2023. After that date, no refunds will be given. To request a refund, contact the conference administrator at bluegrasswriterscoalition@gmail.com.

 

Please note: refunding online payments may incur a convenience fee if one was charged by the payment entity. (Example: Paypal's fee is 3.9% plus $0.49.) The fee BWC incurred will be deducted from the refunded amount.
